Flu Vaccinations – Supply Issues

We are currently experiencing issues with the supply of an adequate number of flu vaccines and are awaiting guidance from Public Health before confirming that the flu clinic planned for the 24th November can proceed.

Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to ensure vaccines are available for all eligible patients.

We understand the frustration this has caused and thank you for your patience.

Wart Treatment

Warts were previously treated in the practice by the nurse using liquid nitrogen. However, this product is no longer available to General Practices in the Glasgow area and as a result we are unable to provide this service.

Self treatments for warts, skin tags and verrucas are available from your local pharmacy. For conditions that do not improve with over the counter remedies, or where your pharmacist recommends you seek further advice, please make an appointment with your doctor.

Flu Vaccinations

We are planning a Flu Clinic on Saturday 24th November from 9am to 11:30am for patients who are entitled to receive a flu vaccination. If you wish to check your entitlement please speak to a member of staff, or call the surgery on 0141 776 2468.

More information to follow.
