We understand your frustrations when you are calling the practice. Unfortunately we have a limited number of phone lines into the practice. We have contacted the HSCP ( Health and Social Care Partnership) who are responsible for our telephone service to see if these can be updated to allow calls to be queued, thus reducing the need for multiple call backs from patients. It seems that this is not currently possible. Please understand that we are equally frustrated by this, but unfortunately this is out with our control. We will continue to raise this matter with the HSCP.
